Terms and Conditions

  1. The Offer is a reward of £25 Marks & Spencer vouchers (the “Offer”), sent to you as set out in Clause 7 of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Offer Period runs for 3 months from the date we receive your recommendation.
  3. The Offer is open to existing Willis Owen customers only.
  4. The person being recommended must not already be an existing Willis Owen client
  5. The ‘new’ client to Willis Owen must open a Stocks and Shares ISA, a Unit Trust or an OEIC through the Cofunds platform, and invest at least £5,000 as a lump sum during the offer period.
  6. This Offer does not apply to regular savings into an ISA, Unit Trust or OEIC, nor does it apply to ISA Transfers or to switches between investment funds.
  7. The Marks & Spencer voucher(s) will be posted to you approximately 30 days after your ‘friend’ has met our criteria.
  8. This Offer is not transferable.
  9. We reserve the right to refuse any application.
  10. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Willis Owen promotion.
  11. Vouchers will be sent recorded delivery to the address on our records.
  12. Within our introduction letter your ‘friend’ will be advised who has introduced them to Willis Owen.
